Free Exchange Policy:
We can do free exchange if the size not fit / customer‘s subjective factors / just dislikes the items. You don't even need to return and we can send you the exchange items for free. But you should contact us and pay for the shipping fees. We hope this will help you get a super convenient shopping experience.
1. Vorioal's responsibility
We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
2. Customer's responsibility
Vorioal is not liable for problems under the following: Customer washed / damaged the clothes; Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. But all the shipping fees are non-refundable.
Notes about Warranty
- Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: swimwear, gift cards, and clearance items. If Vorioal made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
- Please contact us to get the refund address. We will refund the money after we received the return package if it's customer's willing to exchange or returning.
