Please contact us immdeiately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you want to do changes to your order. Even if the package was shipped, we can help exchange after delivered.

After this order was placed, our factory started to produce and process it immediately. So you may be charged a 0-8% processing fees (According to the package status).
We couldn't be able to cancel after the package was shipped out, sorry for that.

We have paid the shipping fees on our side. Besides according to our trade history customer don't need to pay any extra fees.
